You will also learn how to recharge the three dan tians, the body’s main energy “batteries,” helping build a stronger reserve of resilient qi as support against stress and other challenges to well-being. During discussion time, we will explore how science explains the benefits of qigong and how this practice is reshaping our understanding of health. This work is part of Ken’s lineage through his teacher, Madame Gao Fu, who comes directly from the founder of the modern Chinese “medical qigong” movement.
