This five-day workshop introduces a fresh framework for your wellness journey. You will be guided through the Mohan Method, a step-by-step approach that begins at the foundation: removing disruptors, replenishing nutrients, supporting digestion, balancing metabolism, and reshaping the daily patterns that influence your well-being. Each day focuses on one stage through self-assessment, natural remedies, somatic practices, and live music and movement led by Sunshine Zerda and QVLN.

With an MD and a background in neuroscience and behavior change, Siva Raakhi Mohan offers a distinctive East-West mind-body approach to Ayurveda. She supports people in creating individualized wellness lifestyles using tools drawn from Ayurveda, emotional wellness, and functional medicine.

Multi-instrumentalist, singer, and composer Quetzal Guerrero, known as QVLN, is leading the evolution and exploration of music across genres. His genre-crossing artistry is reflected in his signature electric blue violin and shaped by his Mexican, Brazilian, and Native American roots.

Sunshine Zerda holds multiple RYT certifications and has developed integrative offerings that blend vinyasa, pilates, high-intensity interval training, bodyweight movement, and sound healing practices.
Program Schedule: The day after you arrive at Esalen, the program begins with an orientation meeting where you will receive your class schedule and service assignment.
Additional activities are available through the open class schedule.
Accommodations: Housing for LEEP students is dorm-style and gender-inclusive, with four students sharing one room.
Tuition & Fees: Tuition is $1600 for two-week programs and $2900 for four-week programs, and includes accommodations, meals, and the workshop. A non-refundable $20 application fee is collected when you apply and will be applied to your deposit if you are accepted. After acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of $480 reserves your space for two-week programs, and $870 reserves your space for four-week programs.
Designed for shared stays, this room type accommodates four to six guests in a welcoming, gender-inclusive setting, with a maximum stay of seven consecutive days. It’s a practical choice for retreat participants who value comfort, simplicity, and a sense of community during their time away.
Each bunk room includes twin-size bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower, offering the privacy and convenience guests need throughout their stay. Fresh towels, bath soap, and bed linens are provided, so you can settle in with ease and focus on your experience rather than the details.

The space is arranged with three beds: two on the main floor and one tucked into a sleeping loft, creating a simple, welcoming environment that still feels private and restful.
Each room includes an in-room bathroom with a shower, making daily routines easy and convenient. To help you settle in with ease, towels, bath soap, and bed linens are all provided.
