Start:

Your psilocybin retreat journey begins with a personalised intake call and coaching session. Detailed guidance will be provided via email, including a Retreat Participant Guide, advice on setting intentions, and initial inner work exercises to prepare you for your psilocybin retreat experience.

The psychedelic retreat:

Over three days, immerse yourself in activities crafted to reconnect you with your inner truth. Choose from three dosage options to support your transformative journey. Our three foundational pillars underpin this experience, with unique elements like Wim Hof ice bath and a fire circle to enhance your psychedelic retreat experience.

Afterwards:

Receive our Integration Guide to help process your experience. Reflect, share experiences, and receive personalised guidance through an integration video call. Explore additional support options with our coaching package to continue your journey after the psilocybin retreat.

Rooms:
Enjoy comfortable rooms thoughtfully designed for 2-3 people, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom. When sharing a room, roommates are assigned based on gender. Private rooms with en-suite facilities are available upon request. We also offer couple/friend packages, providing a private room with en-suite facilities.

Communal Spaces:
A welcoming communal area where guests can connect, alongside a spacious kitchen for preparing nourishing meals and a dedicated ceremony space for spiritual practices.

Outdoor Setting:
The retreat is nestled amidst tranquil natural beauty, featuring expansive gardens, lush greenery, a serene pond, and secluded spots ideal for quiet reflection. The focal point is the Tinusboom, a majestic tree over 150 years old with a circumference of 6.40 meters, offering a calming space to sit underneath or enjoy the swing in this peaceful setting.

Registration:

After your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to an online form containing a few additional questions. Once completed, our team will contact you to schedule the 1:1 preparation session.

Legalities:

Truffles containing psilocybin are legal for purchase and consumption in the Netherlands.

Niels leads groundbreaking psychedelic retreats, integrating breathwork, psilocybin, and inner work. As the visionary behind Elevated Mind Retreats and Breath Inspiration, he guides individuals on personalised journeys of self-discovery.

His own transformation, transitioning from corporate roles to pursue his passion and facilitate inner connection, was sparked by a pivotal event. Overcoming burnout, Niels delved into breathwork and various disciplines, enriching his entrepreneurial endeavours.

Fleur Bekke

Fleur is a facilitator at Elevated Mind Retreats, where she guides psilocybin ceremonies supported by breathwork and meditation. Her work is rooted in deep connection—to the Earth, to Sacred Medicines, and to the transformative journeys of others.

Fleur's experience includes training with indigenous tribes in the Amazon of Peru, where she participated in a traditional Sacred Plant Medicine Dieta and learned from ancient healing traditions.
