Reconnect with your body and breath in a supportive, grounding environment designed to help you soften, reset, and arrive more fully in the present moment.
This guided breathwork session combines conscious connected breathing with other gentle, supportive techniques to create a deeply immersive experience. Through a blend of varied breathing patterns, sound, movement, and calming practices, you’ll be invited to release built-up tension and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
The session is suitable for all levels, making it welcoming whether you are exploring breathwork for the first time or returning to deepen your practice. Throughout the experience, you will be guided with care and encouraged to move at a pace that feels comfortable and safe.

The bright main living area enjoys triple-aspect views and an easy open-plan layout, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for six, and two sofas, one of which converts into a double sofa bed. Please note that there is no dishwasher or freezer. The main bathroom includes a shower over bath and toilet.

The second bedroom can be arranged as a king or twin and has its own bathroom with a shower over bath. The third bedroom is also a king or twin, with a private bathroom featuring a shower over bath; this room can be reached from the courtyard and via pocket doors from the living space. Each bedroom opens onto an outdoor patio and lawns.
Set across 173 acres of wild landscapes, the cottage is surrounded by ancient woodland, rewilded meadows, edible hedges, a lake suitable for wild swimming, and abundant wildlife. Guests are welcome to explore the estate.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at no extra cost. Please request the pet policy in advance so arrangements can be made. Two of the three bedrooms can be set up as kings or twins; as standard, they are prepared as kings, and twin configuration should be requested in the booking notes.
