Inspired by the words of Shams de Tabriz, the experience centers on the wisdom of emptiness, freedom, and living with less attachment to identity and outcome. It is the third edition of a retreat created from the ground up to support healers, retreat facilitators, and other guides with simple, powerful, and proven methods that can serve both personal growth and professional practice.

Led by a master coach, philosopher, speaker, counsellor, facilitator, trainer, management consultant, Olympic athlete, and transformation specialist, the program draws on more than 20 years of experience supporting teams, coaches, businesses, artists, and healers. Since founding the Innerland Institute in 2003, the facilitator has offered a deeply compassionate and incisive approach to getting to the heart of any situation.

Throughout the retreat, participants will learn and practice IBC (Inquiry-Based Coaching), the wisdom of Zerospace, a personal approach to Parts Work inspired by Internal Family Systems, and Heart Alchemy. Together, these methods create a practical framework for bringing more freedom, purpose, and clarity into your life and into the lives of those you serve.

The program is designed to offer structure, accountability, and meaningful development, while also helping you weave these tools into your current work with ease. You will be guided to explore the deeper layers of your inner world, meet the parts that shape your experience, and soften the barriers that limit inner freedom. At the same time, you will learn how to integrate these approaches into your existing practice in a skillful and accessible way.

A sacred space for exploration, ceremony, and connection will be held throughout, allowing for community support, personal reflection, and shared transformation. A guided empathogenic ceremony is also included to deepen the process.

Through Heart Alchemy, you will explore love and authenticity as the highest human vibration, using the heart as a crucible for transforming fear into love, love into trust, and trust into service. The alchemical stages of dissolution, coagulation, crystallization, and integration offer a meaningful map for turning existential pain into gold.

This retreat is also a time for rest and renewal.
