A therapeutic coaching experience for women ages 40 to 60, this program offers both group and individual support during a powerful stage of life.

Midlife can be a time of awakening, possibility, deep reflection, and inner empowerment. Rather than being framed as a crisis, it can be understood as a profound rebirth from the inside out — one that holds both challenge and beauty.

Led by Alison Rothman MA, CYT, Emotional Doula, the program draws on decades of experience and a deep commitment to helping others grow and heal in a safe, welcoming space. Alison’s work is rooted in the belief that women in midlife benefit deeply from authentic connection, honest conversation, and supportive guidance from others who understand this stage of life.

There is something powerful that happens when women gather in a safe circle. Being seen, heard, and held by the same group over time can ease feelings of isolation and create a meaningful sense of belonging. This is a space for embodied, transformational exploration of who you are now and who you are becoming.

Through the strength of the group and individual coaching sessions, participants are invited to look inward, release outdated stories and fears, and move toward a fuller, more aligned way of living. The work honors midlife as a time that deserves recognition, not shame.

The program explores themes that are often universal in midlife, including body, soul meaning, relationship evolution, nurturing what feels aligned now, parenting teens and adult children, unique path and life purpose, self-acceptance, death and dying, uncovering true voice, and grief tied to the passage of time.

This is an in-person women’s circle in Boulder, CO, with a virtual option coming soon. One-on-one sessions with Alison may be held in person or virtually via Zoom.

In-person option: 1st and 3rd Tuesday evenings from 6:00pm to 7:30pm MST

A 6-month commitment is required. The monthly cost is $297 and includes bi-monthly circles plus one 1:1 body-centered coaching session with Alison each month.
