Conflict is no longer something happening “out there.” It shows up in our conversations, our communities, and often within ourselves, shaping what feels possible and what feels stuck. In a moment of rapid change and growing division, many people find themselves caught in stories that harden perspectives, narrow imagination, and reduce our ability to respond. Learning to negotiate change and transform conflict is essential to both surviving and thriving now.
In this workshop, we will explore a different way of meeting conflict — one rooted in curiosity. We will listen for the narratives that shape experience and engage imagination as a force for transformation, considering how conflict can be approached not only as a story we tell, but as a waking dream. In this integrated process, narration and dream work come together to reveal how meaning is created, how it can shift, and how new pathways can open when we loosen our attachment to a single way of seeing.
Topics include:
Together, these practices foster a spacious and creative relationship to conflict that can be lived and applied across many areas of life. At the intersection of spirit and praxis, this workshop takes a dignity-centered approach and combines lectures with experiential group work, offering concrete tools for personal and professional use.
