Each surf session is paired with beach clean-up initiatives, and every retreat includes half a day in the forest supporting reforestation efforts in Sintra Natural Park. Impact Beach House is a hostel by the beach in Estoril, with a strong focus on Climate Action, ocean conservation, and the circular economy.

The interior design is made entirely of second-hand or upcycled pieces. Every item has its own story and reflects a step forward in the property’s sustainability journey.

The hostel offers dormitories and private double rooms, all with free WiFi and access to private or shared bathroom facilities. Shared spaces include a spacious dining area, a cozy lounge, a beautiful garden, and a small pool. There is also a dedicated space for yoga and meditation with a sea view.

The goal here is to show how tourism can create a positive impact on communities and the planet. Guests can enjoy a Social Impact Ice Cream, try a beer that helps protect marine life, browse the Eco Social Shop, and exchange clothing at the “Vintage” Swap Spot.

Impact Beach House is located 450m from Praia da Poça, less than a 5-minute walk away.
