We are delighted to invite you to a 5-night yoga retreat in the lush Guanacaste region of Costa Rica, taking place from February 10-15, 2027. Your home for the week will be Azul Hotel and Retreat, a luxurious beachfront boutique property surrounded by nature and located just 1 hour 35 minutes from Liberia Airport. A private shuttle will meet the group at Liberia and bring you comfortably to Playa Azul, only 20 minutes from the lively surf town of Nosara.

Each day is designed to help you slow down, restore your energy, and soak in the beauty of Costa Rica. Mornings begin with yoga practice, followed by a nourishing breakfast. The rest of the day offers space to relax, explore, and join optional group activities, while evenings close with restorative yoga or quiet time by the resort’s private beach.

Sample Day Itinerary

7:00 am - Coffee and Reflection (optional)
8:00 am - 90-minute yoga practice in the oceanfront yoga shala
9:30 am - Private group breakfast
10:30 am - Free time (pool, spa appointment, beach walk)
1:00 pm - Optional group hike to a waterfall with snacks at the falls
3:30 pm - Return to the hotel and free time
5:45 pm - Mocktails and cocktails happy hour at the hotel restaurant
6:30 pm - Group dinner in the dining room
8:30 pm - Restorative yoga in the oceanfront yoga shala
9:30 pm - Free time

Each day can be shaped around your own pace and preferences. Select group experiences may include ATV tours, horseback riding on the beach, zip-lining, hiking, surfing, and more. You are also welcome to book spa treatments, join fellow guests on an adventure, or head into town on your own. Courtenay and Parisa will be available as personal concierges to help you create the retreat experience that feels right for you, and the hotel team will also be on hand to assist.

The Early Bird discount applies to deposits placed by June 1, 2026. For shared rooms, you may sign up with a friend or be matched with a roommate.
