This 16-day immersion offers an extended and highly personalized plant medicine path for those seeking profound healing, energetic reorganization, and disciplined master plant work.

Hosted by Onaya in the Sacred Valley and the rainforest region of Cusco, the program brings together traditional Amazonian plant medicine practices within a safe, structured, and professionally guided setting.

Every retreat is adapted to the participant’s physical, psychological, and spiritual profile. To ensure close supervision and individual care, the group is intentionally limited to just three participants.

This immersion is available only from mid-March through mid-November, when rainforest conditions are most supportive for master plant dieting.

Geographic Structure of the Journey

Day 1 – Sacred Valley (Preparation Phase)

The retreat opens in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, allowing time for grounding and a gentle physiological transition.

Day 1 includes:

Opening orientation
Grounding yoga session
Sound healing and medicinal music session
Evening transfer to Ollantaytambo
Overnight stay in town

This first stage supports the nervous system and creates a stable foundation before entering the rainforest.

Day 2 – Transition to the Rainforest (Ceremonial Phase)

On Day 2, participants travel from the Andes into the Cusco rainforest region, where the ceremonial and master plant work unfolds.

Accommodation includes:

Private hut
Outdoor private bathroom and shower
Immersive natural environment designed for silence and focus

The rainforest setting encourages sensory refinement, energetic sensitivity, and deep introspection.

Ceremonial Framework

The ceremonial structure is always adjusted to the individual. A typical sequence may include:

4–5 Ayahuasca ceremonies, according to evaluation and the shaman’s recommendation
One opening diagnostic/initiation ceremony
3-day strict master plant dieta in silence
One ceremony after the fasting period
One ceremony during the second week
One closing ceremony 2–3 days before completion

In total, participants generally take part in 5 to 7 ceremonies, depending on assessment and progression.

The initial phase may include sharing space with a small Ayahuasca group of up to three participants. After that, the master plant phase becomes fully individualized under direct supervision.

Master Plant Dieta

The 3-day strict dieta, depending on each case and the shaman’s recommendation, includes:

Controlled plant preparation in tea form
Structured dietary restrictions
Silence and partial isolation
Direct guidance from the shaman
Ongoing translation and support

This phase sharpens physical, emotional, and energetic awareness. Long-term integration helps determine the depth of the relationship formed during the dieta.
