Designed for those ready to explore the deep connection between yoga, self-discovery, and personal empowerment, this intensive training offers a transformative path for students who want to grow both personally and professionally.

Inspired by the 33 vertebrae of the spine, the program reflects the idea of ascension through the body’s central axis. In the same way the spine provides support and connection, this training is built to help you develop strength, courage, and resilience on the mat and in everyday life.

Program Highlights:

The Journey of the Spine: Study the symbolism of the 33 vertebrae as a framework for growth and self-awareness. Specialized sessions connect each vertebra with specific asanas, showing how physical practice can support personal development.
Techniques: Train in 33 asanas with a strong emphasis on alignment, modifications, and teaching for different levels and abilities. Learn clear cueing, thoughtful adjustments, and supportive methods that help students feel guided with care.
Fundamentals: Deepen your understanding of breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness while building skills in sequencing and class structure. Learn to create classes that honor diverse needs and help students feel seen and supported.
Philosophy: Explore core yoga texts, including the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita, along with the Yamas and Niyamas. These teachings offer a meaningful foundation for both practice and teaching.
Anatomy: Gain practical knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, with special attention to the spine’s role in yoga and overall well-being. Learn how to guide safe, effective practice while supporting strength and flexibility.
Energetics: Discover the relationship between chakras and prana through the spine. This exploration of energetic alignment supports physical practice, emotional resilience, and personal transformation.
History: Trace the development of yoga and its evolution over time. Reflect on how traditional practices have adapted while preserving the essence and authenticity of yoga.

Fridays: 4 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturdays: 9 am - 6 pm

The full investment for this training is $2,700.
Early Bird Special: Register by April 22nd and receive the discounted rate of $2,500, paid in full by that date.

A limited payment plan of $500 per month is also available. Please note:

The first $500 payment serves as a non-refundable deposit to reserve your place.
All remaining payments must be completed by the final day of training to receive certification.
