Let cortisol settle, quiet the mental noise, and find stillness through a full wellness retreat experience. Guests enjoy therapeutic massage, yoga, guided relaxation, sound healing, and mindfulness activities. There is also time to rest by the pool, relax in a hammock beneath Spanish olive trees, take an eBike ride, or visit the nearby sandy beaches. You are free to choose exactly what supports your mental health and rest.
Nourish
Enjoy anti-inflammatory, plant-based meals prepared by the in-house chef. Inspired by Ayurvedic and macrobiotic philosophies, the fresh Mediterranean cuisine is designed to support gut health. Alongside nourishing food, you will have opportunities for meaningful connection, creative expression, and reflective coaching to explore emotional challenges through self-care and holistic nutrition.
Reflect
Deepen self-understanding through Reflective Life Coaching and guided self-inquiry. You will be encouraged to explore subconscious thoughts and emotional triggers as part of a journey of self-discovery. Build a personalised toolkit of long-term wellness habits to carry calm forward into daily life. Optional one-to-one coaching sessions are also available for anxiety support and personal growth.

Hi I'm Deb, your retreat host, life coach and in-house creative. I invite you to slow down, take a deep breath, and put yourself first. Through coaching and carefully curated retreats, I offer gentle guidance and supportive spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, hear their inner voice more clearly, and realign with what matters most.
My work is grounded in the belief that self-awareness and self-care are essential everyday practices that support emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing. With counselling skills and a compassionate approach, I create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
These retreats are built around that belief: gentle, nurturing spaces where you can pause, breathe, and come home to yourself. It is my joy to guide others back to clarity and calm.

How do I get to the venue?
The nearest airports are Valencia and Alicante. Transfers can be arranged at an additional cost, with preferential rates available.
A WhatsApp group will be set up so guests can arrange to travel together if they wish.
Public transport is available, although Valencia airport is the easiest option.
Will I have time to explore the local area?
Yes. The schedule leaves space for you to join activities at the beginning and end of the day, with plenty of time in between to rest or explore.
On Friday morning, you may wish to visit the market, head to the beach, or stop by the ice cream parlour.
You can also explore the historic old town with its cobbled streets, old walls, and blue-domed San Roc church.
Walk up to the castle ruins, or head into the mountains if you have access to a car.
What will I be doing on this retreat?
Each day includes a morning and late afternoon or evening activity, such as yoga, group coaching, and guided relaxation.
Evenings may close with reflections around the fire pit or a soothing sound bath.
Optional 1:1 coaching is available for those seeking deeper self-awareness, at an additional fee.
There will also be a mindfulness based activity offered each day.
Every guest will receive a massage during their stay.
Can I spread the payments?
Guests who book before November can pay in three instalments.
Bookings made on or after 20th November are split into two payments.
Flexible, supportive payment options are offered wherever possible, and guests are encouraged to get in touch if they need additional help.
