"I am a busy mum of 2 daughters and a business owner. I started taking yoga classes 13 years ago during my pregnancy and following the birth of my first daughter. However, I really felt the benefits after suffering post-natal anxiety and psychosis following the birth of my second daughter.
Yoga helped me recover both mentally and physically and I became a regular practitioner. I have a background working in prisons and at a women's refuge and have seen for myself how yoga can help everybody.
I started to run retreats after being made redundant from the charity sector on maternity leave. I have a tourism business management degree and I saw a gap in the market for retreats in the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. That led me to undertake my first yoga teacher training and the rest is history. I truly love teaching and seeing the positive difference it makes in my students' lives. I feel truly blessed to be offering classes that can be described as a bottom up to healing."
