Bloom is a one-day retreat created to nourish your inner blossoming in the beauty of spring. Held on Sunday 26th April from 10.30am to 5.30pm in San Pere de Ribes, this full day of practice invites you into embodiment through asana, breathwork, and meditation.
The morning will focus on awakening vital flow, beginning with the breath and gently reawakening the inner core. From there, the practice will explore ease and freedom of movement through the spine, allowing the body to open with greater lightness and authenticity. As the breath is released in relation to gravity, space, and the spine, the soft rhythms and fluid life of the tissues are invited to return to their essential nature, so posture can unfold like a flower.
With a sense of wider harmony, the practice supports alignment and wholeness in mind, body, and being. After this deepening into body awareness, the afternoon will offer integration and nourishment through an exploration of inversions. This creates a space to experience the freedom and steadiness available on the mat, and to carry that same quality into daily life.
The day will close by clearing the way for balance, steadiness, and freedom through meditation, followed by deep rest and deep relaxation to help the practice settle in. A closing circle will bring the retreat to a gentle finish.
Schedule of the day
Teas and Ayurvedic snacks will be provided, along with a vegan soup for lunch. Guests are asked to bring a vegetarian or vegan dish to share with the group alongside the soup.
The retreat takes place at Integral Yoga, San Pere de Ribes, C/ Milana 29 08810, Barcelona. The price is €85, or €75 with early bird booking before 9th April. The minimum number of participants is 5 and the maximum is 9.
A second offering, Inspire & Nourish, takes place on Sunday 1st February from 10am to 5pm at the Garden Room, Integral Yoga Centre, San Pere de Ribes, Catalunya. Inspired by the turning of the seasons, this retreat is designed to warm, nourish, and uplift body and soul from the inside out.
With a focus on releasing winter stagnation, the day includes attention to the organs associated with winter in Ayurveda, especially the kidneys and lungs. Through asana, breathwork, and meditation, the practice supports vitality, inner renewal, and the gentle emergence of new beginnings.
The morning session invites release and unravelling through the breath, the inner core, and the intelligent movement of the organs. The afternoon continues with integration and nourishment through inversions, before settling into meditation, deep rest, and relaxation. A closing circle will complete the day.

Another retreat, Remembering Stillness, offers a day of grounding, nourishment, and warmth in the depth of autumn. Suitable for all levels, it creates space to deepen body consciousness and explore simple posture and breath as a way to calm and balance the inner being.
The morning practice focuses on freeing the breath, reconnecting with the body, and rediscovering pathways of movement. In the afternoon, the relationship between the pelvis, spine, and feet is explored to support ease in inversions. The day ends with deep rest, continuum practice, and a closing circle for shared reflection.
