There are seven primary chakras aligned along the spine, where much of our life force moves through the body. When these energy centers are in harmony, they support both physical well-being and psychological balance, as each chakra is linked to specific organs, glands, and nerve tissue, while also influencing our emotional and spiritual life.
Modern living and daily habits can easily disturb this flow, leaving us feeling depleted, disconnected, or low in energy. Cleansing, activating, and restoring balance to the chakras can open the way to grounding, creativity, sensuality, empowerment, love, and authentic self-expression.
Throughout this retreat, each chakra will be explored through guided meditation, visualization, pranayama, and vinyasa flow practice. The journey concludes by awakening every chakra individually and strengthening the connections between them, supporting greater harmony across all levels of being.
Pinelopi Ziri’s path began with a deep interest in human movement and anatomy, which first led her to study physiotherapy. In 2009, she graduated from the Technical Institute of Physiotherapy in Thessaloniki, Greece, and later worked at a Physiotherapy Centre until 2015. During that time, she gained extensive experience supporting people with chronic musculoskeletal pain, spinal cord issues, injuries, soft tissue conditions, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Her commitment to ongoing learning inspired her to explore a range of rehabilitation methods and approaches. This gradually shaped a more holistic understanding of the body and mind, and it was through this lens that yoga entered her life.
She first encountered yoga in 2015, when she completed a teacher training at Grafts, Hellas. The experience changed her life, and in 2016 she deepened her studies by completing the 200-hour YogaWorks course and becoming a certified yoga teacher. Yoga enhanced her therapeutic work, helping her connect the many elements that make each person unique. In 2019, YogaWorks invited her to join the teaching team as an Injury Management Specialist.
After years of working with this interdisciplinary approach, she began creating her own therapeutic programs for the prevention and treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain, combining traditional physiotherapy methods with yoga.
