Each retreat lasts six days and five nights. Every registration is processed and confirmed individually.

This special meditation retreat in Assisi, Italy invites us to rest in the town’s peace and sacred atmosphere. Open to all backgrounds and faiths, it offers an intimate experience unlike any other. Over six days and five nights, we explore hidden corners, gardens, and chapels in this historic hilltop town, drawing closer to the simple peace discovered by St. Francis and St. Clare. We welcome a contemplative community of people seeking inner peace and happiness. No prior meditation experience is needed. Throughout the retreat, we share stories from the lives of St. Francis and St. Clare, offering insight into their profound inner journey. Each teacher brings the retreat to life through a lifetime of commitment to spiritual practice.

General Daily Program ~

Meditation sessions are held at 9 am and 3 pm, followed by a gentle walk to a sacred place with meditation on site. Each day ends with meditation around 6 pm. The schedule may be adjusted according to the weather and the rhythm of the program. We walk with Francis and Clare as if we were their brother and sister friars, while also making space for our own personal retreat. Their message is timeless and continues to speak to us today.

After breakfast, we continue with seated meditation and mindful walks throughout the day to sacred chapels, gardens, or the forests surrounding Assisi.

What's included in your retreat:

Retreats led in English by native speakers.
Accommodation in a private room with en suite bathroom, or a couples room.
Shuttle service during the retreat to selected sacred sites.
Two to three guided meditations each day in the retreat room.
Four to six guided meditative walks to sacred sites with meditation on location.
Meals: daily continental breakfast and three group meals, generally on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
