All program activities and seminars are open to the public at no cost.
Join a fully immersive weekend devoted to presence, connection, and shared experience in the natural beauty of Eastover Estate. Set among mystical hills and trails, the gathering invites guests to walk the land, notice the luminosity of the trees, grass, mushrooms, geckos, and the blue 麒麟 (QiLing – Kirin), and take part in an atmosphere of openness with friends and family.
This event explores the boundless nature of existence through spiritual inquiry and embodied practice. Alongside qigong, yoga, nature walks, talks, and other energetic practices, participants will look at moments of non-duality that can arise through dedicated practice, spontaneous energetic shifts, or expanded states of awareness.
The weekend also includes a focus on holistic nutrition and the role of essential vitamins, especially B12, in supporting the body’s ability to synthesize nutrients and maintain proper cellular function and immune health. Additional themes include Chinese medicine, the importance of how healing is delivered, and what western medicine can contribute in this area.
Guests will be invited to take part in a weekend fast with rich Acemannan supplements. The program will also explore glyconutrients, cellular nutrition, cell communication, and the growing field of glycobiology, which brings together biochemistry, cell biology, immunology, and related disciplines to better understand the role of carbohydrates in the body.
