You’re warmly invited to spend five nights in Southern Portugal on a restorative yoga retreat created to help you feel rested, reconnected, and more like yourself again. Set in the Algarve countryside near Santa Luzia, just a short distance from Tavira, this award-winning retreat offers a peaceful escape surrounded by natural beauty, nourishing food, and space to slow down.
Choose from thoughtfully designed private or shared rooms and settle into a serene setting with lush gardens, wild swimming pools, terraces, and calm communal spaces. Each day brings vibrant vegan or vegetarian meals, time in nature, and practices that support deep rest and renewal.
Your retreat rhythm includes yoga, sound healing, intuitive movement, meditation, breathwork, chanting, cacao ceremonies, and guided art workshops, alongside generous time to reflect, relax, and simply be. If life has felt busy, heavy, or out of balance, this is an invitation to pause and reconnect with your body, breath, and inner calm.
What’s included
The accommodation is spread across three houses, with high-standard rooms in a quiet rural setting close to the village yet tucked away from it all. Some rooms are located in the main retreat area near the yoga studio and restaurant, while others are in a separate house a gentle four-minute walk away, ideal if you prefer a little more privacy and space.
Pricing and room options are available for both air-conditioned and naturally ventilated rooms, with solo and shared occupancy choices. A booking deposit of £400 per person (£800 per couple) secures your place, and the balance is due two months before the retreat start date. Payment plans are also available.
Schedule highlights include opening yoga and supper on Thursday, daily breakfast smoothies, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, brunch, afternoon rest or local outings, restorative yoga and meditation, nourishing suppers, sound healing, somatic movement, a closing ceremony with cacao, bowls and gong, and a farewell breakfast on Tuesday.
Transfers from Faro Airport can be arranged for you and take approximately 40 minutes, though they are not included in the retreat price. Optional extras such as massages, holistic treatments, floatation salt tank experiences, bike hire, and local excursions can be arranged at an additional cost. Alcohol is not included.
This retreat is especially welcoming for solo travellers, with same-gender room matching available for shared stays. Meals are lovingly prepared by Elena and Aria, a local mother-and-daughter team, and are entirely vegan or vegetarian. A digital detox is encouraged, with communal and dining areas kept phone free wherever possible.
