Your Itinerary

The program is designed to make the most of your time with the instructor while allowing space for rest and integration. Workshops, movement, and leisure flow together across the journey for a balanced and enriching experience.

Phase 1: Arrival & Mountain Serenity (Yasmin Hill): Grounding and detox are the focus, with the Ganesha Pooja ritual, visits to hidden tea gardens, and a traditional Sri Lankan cooking class.

Phase 2: Cultural Heart (Kandy & Sigiriya): Optional climbs to Sigiriya Rock and the Dambulla cave temples, alongside a visit to the sacred Temple of the Tooth.

Phase 3: The Wild South (Yala NP): A full immersion in nature, including one night with full board in the heart of the wilderness.

Phase 4: Coastal Integration (Southern Coast): Six nights by the ocean, with sun, sand, and final yoga sessions to anchor the transformation before returning home.

By Train: A scenic alternative. Take the train from Colombo to Kandy, which takes 2.5–3 hours, then continue by taxi or tuk-tuk for about 30 minutes.
