If you are arriving the night before an early flight, nearby overnight options in San Jose include Hotel Presidente, Hotel Luisiana, and Costa Verde Inn. The sanctuary is only 30 minutes from SJO airport, and if possible, the recommendation is simple: stay in Atenas.

Pricing includes: all meals, shared accommodations, and transportation to and from the airport to the sanctuary.
Not included: airfare/flight, post-immersion add-on, and meals during outings (2–3 meals).

Day 1
The retreat begins with an Embody Movement Session, dinner, and an opening circle. Check-in is at 1:00 pm, and the first session begins at 4:00 pm.
Day 2
A full day of movement and embodiment practices supports the release of what is no longer needed. Massage is available as an optional add-on at an additional cost, followed by meditation and an evening fire.
Day 3
The day opens with movement and meditation before heading out for a waterfall excursion. Lunch with the private chef follows, with all food catered throughout the day.
Day 4
After a visit into the central town, the afternoon turns inward with a workshop focused on your dharma and soul’s calling, while still leaving space to relax in a hammock.
Day 5
Movement and meditation lead into a deeper exploration of EMBODY leadership skills, set against the serene mountains of the Central Valley.
Day 6
The final EMBODY session centers on confidence and empowerment, balanced with pool time, rest, play, and meals. A closing circle completes the retreat and supports your return home feeling connected to yourself and your community.
For those who want to continue, a special 3-day post-immersion experience is available for deeper integration and healing. This intimate journey includes a psilocybin experience guided by guardians in a supported setting designed to encourage soul alignment.
