Many of us spend most of our lives sitting at work. Unfortunately, the human body is not designed to remain seated for 80% of the day or to repeat the same movements over and over. As a result, the body often starts sending signals at a young age, usually in the form of back pain or discomfort in other areas. A general decline in wellbeing can also be linked to this. That is where we come in: this 1-week health program is designed to help you build a personalized, easy-to-follow wellness strategy. The goal is to strengthen your overall wellbeing, performance, and health — all under bright blue skies in a beautiful holiday setting by the sea in Morocco.

Who are we?

Dr. med. Eberhard Stockmann has been a company doctor at Siemens since 1988 and has also served as a guest speaker at Siemens health seminars. For more than 10 years, he has worked exclusively in health promotion and brings a lifetime of experience to his work.

Jana Stockmann is a state-certified and recognized physiotherapist, fitness and Pilates instructor, and most recently also worked in corporate health management at Siemens.

“Friends kept asking me what they could do about their back pain, whether I had tips and tricks for everyday work life, or even whether I could do an assessment of their workplace. That is how the idea for a compact, all-in-one package was born. To create a positive connection with the whole experience, we also wanted a holiday atmosphere. Since I have been spending my winters in Morocco surfing for the past three years, the location was an easy choice.”
