This retreat is created to support a deep cleanse for both body and mind, helping you restore balance, vitality, and clarity through a holistic approach.
The program combines yoga, kriyas, meditation, and targeted nutrition to encourage a rejuvenating reset on physical, mental, and spiritual levels. Each element is designed to work together in a way that feels both grounding and revitalizing.
Your daily rhythm includes two yoga sessions. Specific asanas are used to support the body’s natural cleansing processes, while also helping stimulate key organs and improve circulation. Inversions, forward bends, and twists will form the foundation of the practice.
Kriyas include pranayama, breathwork techniques that help increase oxygen levels and activate the lymphatic system for more effective toxin removal. Neti uses a neti pot for nasal decongestion and to open the air passages to the brain. Trataka, the practice of gazing at a candle flame, is included to help strengthen vision and memory.
Meditation is an important part of the retreat experience, supporting a quieter mind, greater awareness, and improved focus. It can also help reduce anxiety and negative emotions, easing the stress response and bringing more balance to the nervous system.
Nutrition is centered on herbal infusions, smoothies, green juices, superfoods, organic nuts, and salads. These meals are intended to nourish the body, support the immune system, and enhance natural detox and healing from the inside out.
By the end of this holistic detox experience, you are likely to feel refreshed, energized, and inspired to carry healthier habits forward.
The teacher’s background began in physiotherapy, driven by a long-standing interest in human movement and anatomy. After graduating in 2009 from the Technical Institute of Physiotherapy of Thessaloniki, Greece, she worked in a Physiotherapy Centre until 2015, gaining extensive experience with chronic musculoskeletal pain, spinal cord problems and injuries, soft tissue injuries, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Her commitment to ongoing personal and professional development led her to explore a range of rehabilitation techniques and methods. This broader perspective inspired a more holistic way of understanding the body and mind, which eventually brought yoga into her life.
She first encountered yoga in 2015, completing teacher training at Grafts, Hellas. In 2016, she became a certified yoga teacher after finishing the 200h course from YogaWorks. Yoga deepened her therapeutic approach, helping her connect the many elements that shape each person’s uniqueness. In 2019, YogaWorks invited her to join the teachers’ team as an Injury Management Specialist.
Over the years, she has developed her own therapeutic programs for the prevention and treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain, combining traditional physiotherapy methods with yoga.
