Set over 9 nights in the stunning Rio Chirripo Lodge in Costa Rica’s Central Valley, this yoga and wellbeing retreat offers a calm escape from the pace of everyday life. Your journey begins with private transport from San Jose airport directly to the lodge, tucked beside the fast-flowing Chirripó River high in the mountains. Once you arrive, you’ll have time to settle in, wander the grounds, and take in the sweeping scenery and beautifully kept gardens.

The lodge grows much of its own fresh organic produce, which is featured in its delicious dishes alongside local and seasonal ingredients from the valley. In the surrounding area, you’ll find Chirripó National Park, home to the highest point in Costa Rica, as well as the Cloudbridge Nature Reserve, where waterfalls and rich flora create a truly memorable setting. The landscapes are remarkable, and after a day of hiking, it is especially comforting to return to a wood-fire heated hot tub.

This retreat is designed to give you the freedom to shape your days as you wish. Alongside daily yoga classes, nourishing meals and snacks, and comfortable accommodation, there are plenty of optional activities to enjoy. You may choose to spend your time reading, booking a restorative massage, or exploring the crisp mountain trails. However you prefer to experience it, this retreat offers space for both rest and adventure.
