With guided meditation, crystal bowls, aromatherapy, and gentle goddess-inspired touchstones, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your inner temple and rest in a deeply nurturing space.
As you settle onto your padded yoga mat, you’ll journey inward, supported by therapeutic scents and the vibrational embrace of sound. We will also draw collective oracle cards to receive shared wisdom, alongside personal cards that offer guidance, clarity, and confirmation on your path.
Throughout the session, you will receive a sonic massage from the crystal bowls, together with personal and group Reiki healing, helping to bring harmony to mind, body, and spirit. This experience is designed to restore balance, awaken intuition, and leave you feeling grounded, calm, and connected.
