Sacred Plant Medicine Diet

This 15-day retreat is more than a plant medicine program; it is an immersive path of self-discovery, inner realignment, and deep personal transformation. Designed to help you reconnect with your purpose and highest potential, the experience combines sacred plant allies, shamanic practices, and guided integration in the heart of the jungle.

Open to all experience levels, the dieta welcomes both first-time participants and those with prior plant medicine experience. Sacred vine medicine can be powerful, especially in the jungle, where the journey may feel beautiful, intense, unpredictable, and deeply revealing. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and do thorough research to feel fully prepared for this profound experience.

Cleansing & Preparation

Before the main Master Plant dieta and Ayahuasca ceremonies begin, the body and spirit are prepared through a three-day cleansing process in tea form. Available options include Tobacco cleanse, Huancahui Sacha cleanse, or Kambo cleanse.

Tobacco is used as a strong antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and relaxant, supporting the release of heavy energies while purifying the body, mind, and emotions. This cleanse includes drinking plenty of water and lasts approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Kambo is applied through small openings in the skin and works quickly on the nervous system to support detoxification of the vital organs.

The Ayahuasca Journey

After the initial cleanse, the core of the dieta begins: seven Ayahuasca ceremonies across 15 days. Ayahuasca is used to help realign the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies, while restoring connection to inner strength and life purpose. Each ceremony brings cleansing, insight, and a deeper relationship with life.

The specific Master Plant ally for your dieta — such as Caapi, Chacruna, Bobinsana, Ajo Sacha, Chiric Sanango, or another plant — is selected after the Tobacco process. Moisés will guide this choice according to your needs, health, and spiritual path. This plant becomes a lifelong ally on your journey.

Your Journey

The program includes purification, ceremony, creative workshops, one-on-one guidance, and supportive integration throughout the retreat. It is designed to help you cleanse deeply, realign your system, and open to meaningful inner change.

Includes: Private accommodation, 2-3 meals per day, 3 cleanses (Tobacco, Kambo, or Huancahui Sacha), 7 Ayahuasca ceremonies, 9-day Master Plant dieta, Rapéh medicine, Sananga eye drops, Icaro singing and painting workshops, process alignment course, shamanic coaching, and integration support.

Retreat Schedule

The retreat follows a flexible rhythm to support deep personal processes and healing. While each day has a clear structure, exact timing may shift to honor the flow of the experience, rest, and individual needs. This allows the retreat to unfold in the most beneficial way for each participant.

Day 1

Arrival, bungalow check-in, lunch, introductions, and rest. In the evening: first Tobacco Tea or Kambo cleanse, followed by fruit and relaxation.

Day 2

Breakfast and relaxation. Before lunch: second Tobacco cleanse. Afternoon: Tobacco/Mapacho workshop and flower bath. Evening: first Ayahuasca ceremony.

Day 3

Breakfast and sharing circle, followed by the third cleanse with Huancahui Sacha. After lunch: rest, intention intake conversation, and diagnosis to select your Master Plant ally. Dinner, rest, and preparation for the dieta.

Day 4

Breakfast and opening of the dieta with the chosen Master Plant tea, 1 liter per day. Optional Visionary Art Workshop, lunch, flower bath. Evening: second Ayahuasca ceremony.

Day 5

Breakfast, Master Plant tea, sharing circle, and integration. Lunch, Process Alignment Course, vapor bath, dinner, and rest.

Day 6

Breakfast, Master Plant tea, lunch, Icaro Music Workshop, relaxation, flower bath. Evening: third Ayahuasca ceremony.

Day 7

Breakfast, Master Plant tea, sharing circle, and integration. Lunch, Icaro Singing Workshop, relaxation, dinner, and rest.

Day 8

Breakfast, Master Plant tea, one-on-one shamanic integration and empowerment session. Lunch, flower bath. Evening: fourth Ayahuasca ceremony.

Day 9

Breakfast, Master Plant tea, integration circle. Lunch, Process Alignment Course, dinner, and rest.

Day 10

Breakfast, Master Plant tea, jungle walk to learn about Master Plants, lunch, free time, flower bath. Evening: fifth Ayahuasca Arcana ceremony.

Day 11

Breakfast, Master Plant tea, integration sharing circle. Lunch, Process Alignment Course, dinner, and rest.

Day 12

Breakfast, Master Plant tea, free time, lunch, rest, flower bath. Evening: sixth Ayahuasca ceremony.

Day 13

Breakfast, Master Plant tea, integration sharing circle, and shamanic group coaching. Lunch, free time, dinner, and rest.

Day 14

Breakfast, final Master Plant tea, lunch, flower bath. Evening: seventh and final Ayahuasca Arcana ceremony, starting at 4 PM and ending around 10 PM for proper rest.

Day 15

Closing of the dieta with garlic, lemon, and salt, followed by breakfast. Packing, final integration circle, post-dieta discussion, farewells, and departure to Pucallpa/airport.
