3-Night Mother & You is an intergenerational wellness retreat created to nurture connection, harmony, and meaningful time together. With a thoughtful blend of shared experiences and individual spa treatments, it offers a peaceful setting to unwind, reconnect, and strengthen your bond in a supportive atmosphere.

More than a chance to relax, this retreat invites you to step away from everyday responsibilities and be fully present with one another. Whether you are celebrating a milestone or simply making space for uninterrupted time together, it is designed to create lasting memories while supporting the well-being of both body and mind.

Please note that the Day Spa building, including the steam room, is temporarily closed for renovation. During this period, all spa treatments continue with the same level of care and personalised attention expected at Gaia, and are thoughtfully delivered in private, tranquil spaces throughout the retreat.

Guests will still enjoy a deeply restorative spa experience, with the pool and sauna remaining open as usual. Some intermittent noise may be experienced during this time.
