“I think it’s the worst thing that we do to each other as women, not share the truth about our bodies and how they work and how they don’t work.” —Michelle Obama
The pelvis is a vital center of the body and plays a key role in overall health. Its bones and tissues support the reproductive, eliminatory, and digestive organs, and they respond to stress, infection, pregnancy and birth, hormonal shifts, lifestyle, and trauma. When the pelvis is balanced, we often feel more at ease; when it is not, the effects can ripple through daily life.
This retreat is designed to explore pelvic health across the reproductive spectrum, from preconception through menopause. The program will include a wide range of topics, such as:
The intention is to deepen participants’ knowledge, self-awareness, and understanding of how the body works, with special attention to the pelvic floor, fertility, and sexual health at different stages of life. Participants will gain access to valuable resources, connect with a community of women, and leave with lifelong education and self-care practices that are accessible and supportive for pelvic health.
