Restore your body and support a healthier future.
This six-day longevity retreat is designed to help you address energy depletion, inflammation, and nervous system recovery in a deeply supportive setting.
It’s an invitation to stop simply coping and begin rebuilding from within.
If you feel persistently tired, foggy, inflamed, or slower to recover than before, the focus here is on physiology rather than willpower. The experience is created to help restore balance at a cellular and nervous system level so your body can function with greater ease again.
What’s included
Every element of the retreat has been thoughtfully arranged to support release, restoration, and realignment across body, mind, and spirit.
Small group, high-touch support
This is an intimate retreat with a maximum of 4 guests, allowing for personalised care, privacy, and a professionally held space throughout.
Workshops and breakthrough experiences
Your six-day journey
You’ll arrive on Sunday evening and settle into the retreat space before sharing an evening meal and joining the opening circle. The first night is intentionally gentle, giving you time to ground and prepare for the days ahead.
Across the core days, the programme combines clinical optimisation, therapeutic sessions, movement, and education. These may include health assessments, blood testing, IV therapy, HBOT, float therapy, NeuroVizr sessions, colonic irrigation, and one-to-one consultations with a GP or ACP.
Mornings often begin with yoga or Tai Chi, while ice baths are introduced gradually on alternating days. Educational workshops and guided reflection sessions are woven in alongside the more experiential elements, creating a balanced rhythm of input, rest, and integration.
As the retreat draws to a close, the pace softens. Final therapies and reflective practices support you in carrying the benefits home, followed by a final group circle and aftercare planning.
Investment
Dates are released on a rolling basis, and spaces are limited to 4 guests to preserve depth and personalised support.

Meet your hosts
Dan and Emma are guides, healers, and space-holders devoted to helping others reconnect with themselves. After years of fast-paced living in the RAF, running businesses, and raising a large family, both reached a point where success no longer felt balanced or fulfilling.
When illness and burnout led them to slow down, they began a deeper healing journey that inspired the creation of Tranquil Waters Retreat. Today, they welcome guests with warmth and care, holding space for restoration, calm, and reconnection.
