Refund & Cancellations
Cancel 90 days or more before check-in to receive a full refund. Cancel 60–89 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund and 50% exchange for another Vanya Silverten product. Cancel 30–59 days before check-in to exchange your purchase for another product or defer. Cancel 0–29 days before check-in: no refund.
Health Disclaimer
This retreat is open to women of all ages. It includes movement, dance, and yoga activities, so it may not be suitable for anyone who is pregnant or has serious physical or medical conditions. If you have experienced a serious physical or emotional illness within the last 5 years, or are under medical or psychiatric supervision, please advise at the time of booking. If you have any doubt about your ability to participate, please contact the organiser beforehand. Adequate travel insurance is required.
Liability
You are responsible for your own health and well-being during the retreat. Vanya Silverten is not liable for any illness, injury, or medical or emotional problems that may occur, be sustained, or be aggravated during or after the retreat. Vanya Silverten is also not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions, airport closures, civil strike, industrial action, natural disasters, pandemics, transport issues, illness of participants or close relatives/pets, acts of God, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond control. Nor is responsibility accepted for loss or damage to property, or disruption to the program due to such circumstances.

Payments
Payment plans must be completed in full 7 working days before check-in. Accommodation must also be paid directly to the venue in full at least 7 working days before check-in. Failure to complete all payments within the agreed timeframe will result in automatic unenrolment. Coupons cannot be used toward payment plans.
