This autumn workshop is part of a series inspired by seasonal energies. Spend 4 hours in a women’s circle filled with coaching, meditation, somatic work, and plenty of joy and laughter.

Alix Vuillemin

Alix is a certified Wellness Coach and the creator of the SESAME method, a coaching experience that integrates seasonal energies to support long-term habits for mental and physical well-being.

After more than a decade of living with eating disorders, social anxiety, and chronic pain caused by school bullying, she chose to break that cycle and create new rules for a life filled with more adventure, abundance, and magic.

From France to New York and now Portugal, she supports women in creating new habits through nutrition, body movement, and self-development. Her holistic approach brings awareness to the emotional, physical, environmental, and spiritual aspects that can resist change, helping each day begin with greater confidence, empowerment, and freedom.

Her studies in Health and Wellness Coaching and Holistic Nutrition with the American Fitness Professionals and Associates are recognized worldwide for their strong health and wellness education. Combined with her personal experience, her gentle and pragmatic method is a powerful tool for creating a self-led life that nourishes the body, mind, and heart.
