After a busy summer, this is your chance to pause, care for yourself, and settle into the slower rhythm of the season ahead.
Even if school is no longer part of your life, there is still something natural about using this time to reset and reorganise after a full summer. This day retreat offers the space to do exactly that.
Spend a nourishing day reconnecting with yourself and nature at Hill Farm, Tintern 🌳
9.30am: Arrival
10am: Yoga — a blend of Yin and Yang, beginning with a more dynamic practice and gradually moving into something deeply restorative
12.30pm: Wood-fired pizzas and dessert
2pm: Introduction to Forest Bathing — experience the healing power of nature through Shinrin Yoku, led by Tom
3.30pm: Wood-fired eco spa and optional treatments
5.30pm: Goodbyes
Hill Farm includes uneven ground, so care is needed when moving around the site. A moderate level of fitness is recommended.
These retreats are not suitable for pregnant women or for people with mobility issues, due to the slippery and uneven terrain, particularly in poor weather.
Transport connections are limited, though it is possible to travel by train to Chepstow and then take a taxi to Hill Farm. Pre-booking a taxi is essential.
After booking, please make sure that every member of your group informs us of any injuries, illness, or dietary requirements.
We also recommend arranging travel insurance in case illness or other circumstances prevent you from attending the retreat.
