Yoga Chaitanya’s 23-day immersion is designed for the reflective, discerning yoga practitioner who feels called toward stillness, inquiry, and depth. Bringing together Yin Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, and Laughter Yoga, this training supports an inner-to-outer shift that touches the emotional, physical, and energetic layers. It is also intended to prepare new teachers to lead stillness, introspection, and healing with clarity and confidence.
Course Highlights
- Yin Practice & Functional Anatomy: Explore the science of fascia, connective tissue, and meridian flow. You will learn how to safely hold postures for 3–5 minutes, using gravity, breath, and awareness to soften deep-held tension.
- Meditation & Mindfulness: Daily guided and silent sittings, pranayama, mantra meditation, Yoga Nidra, and journaling help develop insight, steadiness, and mental clarity.
- Emotional Awareness & Therapeutic Application: Yin Yoga is presented as a pathway to greater emotional balance, with gentle movement and breath practices used to address stress, anxiety, trauma, and sleep concerns.
- Energy Body Study: Learn the subtle body system, including chakras, nadis, and meridians, and how these relate to Yin postures and healing effects.
- Teaching Methodology: The program covers voice modulation, cueing, theming, the use of props, and how to hold a safe energetic space for students.
- Laughter Yoga Module: Taught by Sukhvinder Chaitanya, who trained under Dr. Madan Kataria, this uplifting module introduces emotional release, playfulness, and balance into the quieter Yin work.
- Philosophy & Lifestyle Integration: Drawing on Taoist philosophy, Buddhist mindfulness, and the Yoga Sutras, the training bridges Eastern wisdom with modern psychology.
- Self-Reflection & Teaching Practice: Students teach daily Yin and Meditation sessions, receive structured feedback, and practice daily Svadhyaya, or self-study, to refine an authentic teaching voice.
- Self-Healing (Svadhyaya) Module: The program concludes with a self-evaluative module that invites trainees to turn inward, observe patterns, release personal blocks, and deepen alignment with their true voice.
- Business & Ethics: Modules on marketing your yoga brand, ethical scope of practice, insurance, business logistics, and class design bring the training into practical, real-world readiness.

It is especially suited to practitioners who are drawn to reflection, introspection, and therapeutic potential. The Laughter Yoga element adds a bright, unexpected contrast, opening the door to meditation through joy.
