YOUR SEVEN-NIGHT, EIGHT-DAY METABOLIC REWIRE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

• Calorie-controlled, nutritionally balanced sugar-detox cuisine
• Four Primal Health Coaching sessions to help you understand and personalize a lifelong food plan that works for you. You will never be hungry, and you will never eat anything that doesn’t taste good.
• A 30-minute private intake session with a Primal Health Coach before arrival, so your stay can be tailored to your unique health goals
• A 90-minute Deep Fascia Release Body Treatment, using special tools to support improved skin tone, release lymph stagnation, clear stored trauma, break up adhesions and scar tissue, and increase circulation. This may be substituted for any spa treatment of equal or lesser value.
• Reintegration guidance to help you apply what you learned during your stay at home for sustained, lasting change

Along with the full movement and class schedule, guests can choose between two dietary plans based on how much carb restriction they prefer. After meeting with a trained health coach, they can select the option that best suits their needs.

Both plans are built around nutrient-dense, locally sourced whole foods that are naturally grain-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free.

Primal Keto

This option offers intense carb restriction at 25 net carbs, with no fruit allowed. Because the body is encouraged to use fat from day one, weight loss may be deeper, though the transition can feel stressful at first for some guests.

Simple Primal

This gentler approach allows 50–150 carbs, so certain fruits are included. With a more generous carb allowance, it creates a softer metabolic shift and tends to be less stressful for those who prefer not to move directly into deep keto.
