This immersive training retreat offers a deep exploration of sound as a healing modality, bringing together ancient wisdom and modern science within a vibrant framework of vibrational medicine. It invites participants into an expanded understanding of energy, frequency, and the multidimensional nature of reality, while highlighting why sound healing is emerging as one of the most significant fields in contemporary wellness.
Over the course of the intensive, participants will reconnect with ancestral traditions of sonic mysticism and sacred music from diverse cultures around the world. The program includes foundational and advanced vocal toning practices, Source-Singing, and the development of an individual healing practice. It also covers how to lead Soundbaths and Sound Journeys for groups and therapeutic settings, along with one-on-one Sound Therapy using Tuning Fork modalities that combine Chinese Medicine and yogic technique. Additional study areas include mantra work, Nada Yoga, and the Yoga of Sound from the Vedic tradition of India, all woven into a broader exploration of music as a sacred force for connection, transformation, and community.

THE LOCATION
The training takes place at Posada Natura, a sacred water sanctuary for spiritual awakening in Southern Costa Rica. Surrounded by jungle and the sounds of flowing rivers, it offers a naturally supportive setting for immersive sound work and deep restoration. Participants will spend ample time in nature, attuning to its healing harmonies and enjoying a rejuvenating environment.
The main lodge has been carefully designed over nearly 20 years and offers spacious open-air jungle luxury, with room to relax during free time. The dining room, kitchen, lounge area, yoga platforms, massage rooms, gift shop, and tea infusions bar are all located in and around the lodge. A pool oasis sits just steps from the dining area, while the safe-to-swim Naranjo River is only a 30-second walk away.

DARREN AUSTIN HALL / Lead Facilitator
Darren Austin Hall is an international song-channel, shamanic sound healer, author, poet, and spiritual teacher-philosopher. He created the Source Resonance Academy, which offers sound healing training retreats, intensives, and workshops around the world. His work includes Druid Medicine Ritual Sound Journeys, recording artistry, and a double album titled HONOUR ALL CREATION, alongside a companion online course.
He holds a diploma in Acupuncture from The Institute of Traditional Medicine and has completed extensive training in Chinese Medicine, Creative Transformation Therapy, Shaking Medicine, Qigong, Martial Arts, and yoga. He will guide participants throughout the Source Resonance journey.
ANA CLARA CARRANZA / Main Assistant
Born in Argentina and raised in Costa Rica, Ana Clara Carranza Maxera graduated from the School of Dramatic Arts at the University of Costa Rica. Her background spans theater, film, radio, storytelling, and expression workshops with a wide range of groups. She has also received multiple National Theater Awards and has continued her path of learning through Somaritmos, aromatherapy, native traditions of the American continent, Temazcal facilitation, and Sound Healing studies with Darren Austin Hall.
