The great advantage of a five-day program is the space for deepening. While a one-day ceremony often feels like a "peak experience" after which you're immediately stuck in traffic, a five-day journey offers a complete cycle: landing, opening, experiencing, processing, and integrating. Our program typically includes two ceremonies. The first ceremony opens the door and clears the ground; the second ceremony often brings you to the core of your intention. Between the journeys, there's time for bodywork, silence and relaxation, organic food, and meaningful conversations.

What exactly is a psilocybin truffle retreat?

A psilocybin truffle retreat is an organized gathering where participants consume psilocybin-containing truffles under supervision. In the Netherlands, magic mushrooms (the mushroom itself) are illegal, but the sclerotia (truffles), which contain the exact same active ingredient, are completely legal. Psilocybin is a powerful psychoactive substance that expands consciousness and temporarily alters communication between different parts of the brain.

Scientifically speaking, psilocybin causes a decrease in activity in the brain's Default Mode Network (DMN).
