Innerdance is a process of using music, scents, sound instruments (shamanic drum, etc.) and touch to activate the beta, alpha, theta and delta waves of the electromagnetic nature in the brain. The aim is to induce a conscious REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep state. This is not something you are unfamiliar with - it is something you very often experience when you are asleep, the only difference is that you do it consciously. In sleep, we dream, and in an Innerdance session, you experience clear flashes of perception, when everything becomes so clear that it doesn't even fit into words.

ID is a revived SELF-INDICATION PRACTICE by the Filipino de-mystic Pi Villaraza, which was used by Filipino healers in ancient times, and 10 years ago was studied by scientists and medics and applied to human self-healing.
