Wild is a 7-day, 6-night yoga retreat in Nicaragua designed for those who want to step away, reset, and return feeling renewed.

This experience is created for the yogi looking for a week-long wellness escape from the noise of everyday life. It offers time to sink into yoga, meditation, heart-opening practices, and the untamed beauty of Nicaragua’s coastal landscape.

What is included:

Daily yoga with a variety of styles

MEET YOUR TEACHERS:

Dafna Zacharin

With more than nine years of teaching experience and over 750 hours of training in different styles, Dafna offers a grounded yet dynamic approach to her classes. She is deeply passionate about all aspects of yoga, including meditation, breathwork, philosophy, and movement, and values both depth and variety in practice. Her teaching style centers on being caring rather than careful, inviting students to move beyond their comfort zones with curiosity, confidence, and empowerment.

Dafna meets each student where they are, supporting their personal goals and intentions on the mat. Her classes often include active mobility, playful and original transitions, and strength-building holds.

Whatever the class, Dafna creates space for students to explore, evolve, and connect both on and off the mat.

Avigyle Zeitchik

Avigyle Zeitchik is a bilingual certified yoga facilitator with a focus on Vinyasa and Yin, an international retreat leader, and a meditation instructor. Her mission is to inspire others to show up for themselves through movement-based habits and routines. Recognized for her energetic flows and uplifting playlists, she brings a sense of freedom and momentum to practice, while honoring the belief that each student is their own best teacher. Through fluid sequencing and breath-centered transitions, she supports students of all levels in meeting whatever challenge they are ready to explore.

TRAVEL SUGGESTIONS:

Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Houston all offer direct flights to Nicaragua.

Managua is the closest airport to the retreat center.

Still Salty Escape is approximately 3 to 4 hours from Managua airport, depending on traffic.

Private taxi transport can be arranged from the airport at an additional cost.
