Our program includes meditation and breathwork classes, along with talks on mindfulness and conscious living. Creativity is also encouraged throughout the retreat, with a range of inspiring workshops and dance classes designed to awaken the mind, build confidence, and cultivate a sense of calm.

Depending on the season, we offer a broad selection of activities. With groups limited to 12 guests, you’ll receive personal attention throughout your stay.
