The retreat group will also be supported by two UK-based Ayurvedic experts, Dmitry and Karen, who will travel with you and host your stay at Pranavam Ayurveda Centre. With specialisms in Ayurvedic Yoga and Ayurvedic Cookery and Diet, they will lead their own workshops alongside Pranavam’s team and remain your main point of contact throughout the retreat.

Each participant will be assigned a personal Ayurvedic doctor for daily guidance and monitoring, along with a consultation with the Chief Physician and founder of the clinic. During this consultation, your doctor will use Ayurvedic methods to assess physical, mental, and emotional imbalances, while also discussing your wellness goals and any health concerns you wish to address.

You will receive a bespoke retreat program with targeted daily treatments, herbal tonics, and therapies. The schedule also includes a daily yoga session led by Dmitry of Sadhama and the Pranavam Ayurveda team, meal and juice breaks, and specialised daily workshops.

Authentic Panchakarma Cleanse

Panchakarma works beyond surface cleansing. It helps purify the body at a deeper level, supports balance across the doshas, and awakens the body’s natural capacity for healing and regeneration.

All required Ayurvedic herbal formulations, medicated oils, herbs, and digestive tonics for Panchakarma therapies are included.

Two therapy sessions a day are included.

Based on your consultation, the doctor team will create a customised treatment plan that may include Panchakarma therapies, traditional Kerala Ayurvedic rejuvenation procedures, and condition-specific therapeutic interventions. The treatment program typically includes 2–4 distinct therapy sessions per day, supported by internally administered Ayurvedic herbal formulations.
