Set within the Nordique de la Vie experience building, the red cedar sauna supports optimal health and wellness. Spend about 30 minutes in the heat, then cool down with a cold water bucket and plunging pool, alongside three large cedar hot tubs. For the full Nordic ritual, repeat the cycle 2-3 times and enjoy the restorative benefits and calm it brings. Guests also have access to a changing room, shower, washroom, lounging area, trails, firepits, and the World’s Largest Hammock, which holds up to 6 people.
