Cacao & Conscious Sober Dance Journey (Ecstatic Dance)

This is a fully embodied journey designed as a sober ecstatic dance experience for anyone with a body and a desire to move freely. The evening begins gently, with an optional serving of ceremonial cacao to help open the senses and invite a deeper connection to self. From there, the pace starts slow and somatic, supporting nervous system regulation, body awareness, and grounding before gradually unfolding into a more dynamic flow.

As the energy builds, participants are carried by rhythm, drums, afro-house, and vibrant electronic beats, creating space for release, expression, and presence through movement. This is an invitation to arrive as you are, tune into your body, and explore dance as a mindful, uplifting practice in a supportive sober setting.
