CACAO & BREATH - GENERAL ADMISSION

Join us for a restorative evening created for anyone who has been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or out of touch with themselves. This intimate ceremony is designed to support nervous system regulation, ease mental chatter, and help release stored stress and emotion through gentle cacao and guided breathwork.

Arrive early if you’d like to settle in with the land, or take advantage of the sauna and cold plunge before the experience begins. The evening then opens into a shared space of breath, presence, and soft unwinding, allowing you to drop into a deeper sense of calm and connection.

We’ll close with integration time, light bites, and community, offering space to reflect and land fully in the experience. Come exactly as you are and leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected.
