BUSINESS VISION QUEST IN THE LOFOTEN ISLANDS
LOFOTEN, NORWAY
IMAGINE THIS
A journey to one of the most breathtaking places on earth, surrounded by dramatic peaks, crystal-clear ocean waters, and white sandy beaches. In summer, the sun barely sets; in winter, the northern lights dance across the sky.
You’ll find charming fishing villages with red wooden houses on stilts and local restaurants serving delicious regional dishes. It’s a true paradise for nature lovers who thrive on adventure and the outdoors.
GO FOR A VISION AND RETURN WITH AN IDEA WORTHY OF TEDx
You have built your brand, earned loyal clients, and gained a growing sense of financial ease. Still, you feel there is more waiting for you.
This Vision Quest in Lofoten is a space for creative, courageous people who want to generate a breakthrough idea — not in a rush, but in awe.
We do not get lost in strategy for strategy’s sake. Inspiration arrives over coffee with a fjord view, in conversation, or during a mountain walk.
Return with a TEDx-worthy idea and a fresh direction for your next steps. An intimate group, Polish-language program, and wild Norway.
WHO IS THIS VISION QUEST FOR?
For entrepreneurs ready to level up — to act more boldly, think bigger, and create greater profit.
For freelancers who sense their personal brand can become something more, and need space to shape it and move forward with momentum.
For people who have already achieved success, yet intuitively know there is still more ahead.
For professionals in full-time roles who need inspiration or a kick-start for a new independent project.
For those who have carried a bold idea in their mind for a long time and are ready to finally talk it through with the right people.
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN DURING VISION QUEST?
You’ll uncover the idea that has been waiting for quiet and spaciousness. Your mind will breathe, and you’ll finally hear what it truly wants to tell you.
You’ll step back and see your business from a new angle. Perhaps you’ll notice a pivot, a new scale of action, or a subtle shift that brings a powerful result.
You’ll meet people who think boldly and inspire change. These connections will stay with you long after the retreat ends.
You’ll return with energy, calm, and clarity — ready to move more boldly and with greater ease, in your own way.
WHAT IS VISION QUEST?
The “Kick Start” workshop with Agata Dutkowska / Agata Hoffa is an opportunity to see what you already have in a new light. A daring idea may be closer than you think.
During the Vision Quest Mastermind session with Agata Hoffa, ideas will emerge that are difficult to create alone. The intimate group and relaxed atmosphere will help you widen your perspective.
Morning warm-ups will awaken your creativity. These short exercises are designed to open your mind and activate your inner flow.
Lofoten acts as a reset: mindful hikes, kayaking, and raw landscapes. Nature gives you the distance you need to create something truly your own.
There will also be time to relax. A comfortable hotel, a sauna with a view, and space for your thoughts to settle into place.

YOUR BUSINESS VISION QUEST ADVENTURE IN LOFOTEN
DAY 1
Landing in a world of new possibilities
From the moment you step off the plane, you can feel this place is made for bold ideas. The cold, clean air of Lofoten immediately clears your mind. The everyday noise, to-do lists, and rush are far behind you — ahead lies a week full of inspiration and openness to new ideas. After a calm arrival and check-in, we begin with connection.
This is not a formal meeting, but a relaxed exchange where we get to know one another, share our stories, dreams, and first ideas. It is the perfect moment to feel surrounded by people with whom you can freely share what is truly on your mind. In the evening, we set out for a peaceful walk in the area.
Listening to the waves and watching the lights reflected on the fjord, you may feel that anything is possible here.
DAY 2
New possibilities in the rhythm of nature
We begin with the “Kick Start” workshop — a space to open yourself to questions and ideas that can change everything.
Then we head out for a mindful hike. In silence, in motion, and close to nature, it becomes easier to sense which ideas have power and which are ready to be released.
In the afternoon, Vision Quest brings relaxed conversation in an intimate group, adding courage and opening new perspectives.
In the evening, we gather for dinner, where inspiration and reflection flow naturally. Perhaps this is when your “million-dollar idea” appears?
DAY 3
A perspective that changes everything
We start with another Vision Quest session, a chance to openly discuss your boldest ideas with the group.
Together, we explore what resonates most strongly, what has the greatest growth potential, and where the next step may lead.
Then we change perspective — literally. We hike up the spectacular mountain Reinebringen, where one of the most extraordinary panoramas in Lofoten unfolds before you. It is the moment when your business begins to come together and bold decisions appear on the horizon. From this height, you can see what truly matters.
In the evening, in a more relaxed atmosphere, we sit together and talk openly about whatever is on your mind — without pressure, at your own pace. This day brings the courage and clarity you need to move forward.
DAY 4
The lightness of new possibilities
We begin with a morning Vision Quest session, where we freely exchange visions and ideas.
This is a space to discuss your plans without pressure, test new concepts with the group, and build confidence for the next steps.
In the afternoon, we move onto the water and set off by kayak across the fjord.
It is the perfect moment to let your thoughts flow, feel nature’s rhythm, and ground yourself in new possibilities.
In the evening, restore yourself in a sauna with panoramic views of the mountain peaks — a space for relaxation, reflection, and settling into the ideas that are gaining strength.
DAY 5
Space for the future
In the morning, during the final Vision Quest session, you gather everything that has emerged over the week.
You have time to refine your decisions and outline clear, bold directions for the months ahead.
The afternoon is yours — choose a nearby beach or sit on a cliff and let all the ideas settle in silence.
In the evening, we meet by the fireplace to celebrate the shared process, exchange our most important insights, and honor the courage with which we stepped into a new version of the future.
DAY 6, 7
