A shamanic journey is an ancient practice that allows you to send your soul on a voyage. It is a method for accessing wisdom, healing, and personal power.
Through breathwork and a shamanic soul journey, you will be guided into a powerful experience that can open the door to new insight and healing.
In this workshop, you will be introduced to the most essential techniques and given tools to explore and learn from the unconscious and the spiritual world.
We begin by setting an intention. Intention is a cornerstone in both breathwork and, even more so, shamanic work. A clear intention directs your energy toward a specific aim, whether that is healing, seeking guidance, or connecting with spirit allies.
The breath acts like a doorway, leading you deeper into the unseen parts of yourself. Through both ancient and contemporary breathing techniques, we shift our state of consciousness and open to deeper connection with the most profound layers of our being, as well as the innate wisdom that helps us connect with other worlds.
This is an invitation to deep relaxation and inner peace, while also expanding your spiritual awareness and strengthening your connection to your deeper self.
Who can participate:
This workshop is open to everyone, whether you are new to breathwork and shamanic journeys or already experienced. No prior experience is needed — only an open mind and a willingness to explore.
The workshop is not recommended for people with epilepsy or for pregnant women.
Teacher:
Gitte Lindgaard brings many years of experience with breath from the world of yoga, the Wim Hof Method, and Shamanic Breathwork.
Gitte works as a Vølve and has spent many years teaching shamanic practices and offering private sessions and ceremonies. When Gitte guides participants, it is with compassion, wisdom, and deep respect for these transformative modalities.
Practical:
Wear relaxed, comfortable clothing and bring a notebook and pen to record your experience.
It is best to avoid eating for one hour before the workshop begins.

Penthouse
Set high above Copenhagen, this spacious and light-filled penthouse offers a private, inspiring setting where guests can feel completely at ease. It is home to the property’s largest hall, designed with plenty of natural light and an airy atmosphere, alongside an open kitchen, a cozy lounge area, a smaller meeting or treatment room, toilets, shower facilities, and a beautiful rooftop terrace.
Located on the 5th floor, the room is fully equipped with all the yoga props needed for practice, as well as a complete AV setup. This includes two ceiling-mounted projectors and four quality speakers that can be used either with a jack cable or wirelessly. The floor also has a separate entrance and exit, plus both a passenger elevator and a freight elevator for added convenience.
This level is most often rented for trainings, workshops, receptions, and lectures, making it a versatile choice for gatherings that call for both comfort and functionality.
Yogasalen
Teach in a beautifully light-filled setting designed to support yoga and movement-based classes. With its east-facing position, the room welcomes soft morning daylight, creating an uplifting atmosphere for both teachers and participants. A sound system with six speakers is available and can be connected by jack plug or wirelessly when using Spotify, making it easy to set the tone for your session.
Just outside the room, guests will find a cozy lounge area where they can relax before and after class. There is also access to a shared terrace used by other house guests, offering an additional space to unwind. Shower and toilet facilities are available on the same floor for added convenience.
The room is primarily rented for yoga and training-related teaching. NOR also offers three rooms, each fully equipped for yoga with mats, blocks, bolsters, eye pillows, blankets, and straps.
3. Sal - Undervisningslokal
Located on the 3rd floor, this bright and intimate teaching space at NOR: is well suited for workshops, classes, meetings, and talks. With easy access to NOR: Café, it offers a convenient setting for gatherings that benefit from a calm, focused atmosphere and a smooth flow between sessions.
The room is equipped with a sound system featuring four speakers, which can be connected via jack input or used wirelessly through Spotify. It can also be rented with complete yoga equipment, making it especially practical for movement-based sessions. Ceiling-mounted tracks are available for TRX straps, adding flexibility for training and functional workouts.
Although the space is primarily used for yoga and exercise, it also works beautifully for presentations and group meetings, with the option to set up a projector. Whether you are hosting a workshop, teaching a class, or leading a lecture, this room provides a versatile and welcoming environment.
