In Breathe and Begin, you will explore Conscious Connected Breathing as a foundation for growth, presence and purpose. Whether you want to deepen your own practice, bring breathwork into your work as a coach, therapist or counsellor, or reconnect with your inner self, this retreat offers the guidance and space to do so.
You will also learn about the Five Elements of Breathwork and how they can support transformation, resilience and self-connection in sessions and in everyday life. Between practices, there will be time to enjoy outdoor swimming in the loch, hiking through nearby hills and forests, or unwinding in the outdoor hot tub.
This immersive experience is designed not only to help you release and restore, but also to give you practical breathing tools you can continue using long after the retreat ends.
This retreat is for you if:
No previous breathwork experience is needed, only openness and curiosity.

What is breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathing is a gentle yet powerful practice of continuous, rhythmic breathing without a pause between inhale and exhale. It supports deep relaxation, helps quiet the thinking mind, and can release tension, support emotional healing and integrate difficult experiences. Breathwork may also help detoxify the body, support major bodily systems and increase vitality.
