Bliss Air Yoga - a time for body and soul..

In this class we will strengthen all the muscles, especially the shoulder girdle and the arms, with the help of the band. We will do lots of stretching exercises, hang upside down and finally meditate in the bands. Time just for yourself and your body, all thoughts will just fly away...After the class you will feel not only well exercised, but also rested and calm..

Benefits of Bliss Air Yoga:

  • Increases muscle strength and especially flexibility;

  • Hanging upside down "frees" the spine from tension and compression and even lengthens it;

  • Improving posture;

  • Activates the lymphatic, digestive and circulatory systems;

  • Increases joint mobility;

  • People with the eye disease glaucoma;

  • People with very high or very low blood pressure;
