Join a nourishing yoga retreat designed especially for beginners, taking place from September 1 - 14, 2026. This immersive experience offers a supportive environment for those who want to build confidence on the mat while enjoying the peaceful rhythm of retreat life.
Please note that spaces are limited to just 10 participants, and once the retreat is full, no additional guests can be added.
Twin-share pricing is per bed and includes food and program costs. If you are booking for two people, select 2 guests so you can enter the other participant’s name and email. If you are traveling alone but would like to share a room, a roommate of the same gender will be arranged for you.
Registration requires details for each guest, including first and last name, gender, email, age, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, country, and passport country. You will also be asked which passport you will travel on to India.
Additional information requested includes emergency contact details, profession, dietary needs or food allergies, medical history, and medical release consent. Please share any special requirements, requested roommate preferences, and your past experience with yoga, meditation, and ayurveda. You will also be asked what you hope to gain from the retreat and how you heard about it.
Before completing registration, you must agree to the Ashram Guidelines, Payment Policies, and Cancellation and Refund Policies. An email newsletter opt-in is also available.
A deposit is required to confirm your place. This deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a future retreat if you notify the team at least 6 weeks before the start date. During Covid times, at least one week’s notice or a valid reason beyond your control is required. The deposit is included in the total cost shown at the top of the page.
International credit and debit card payments include an additional 4% charge for processing and currency exchange. Bank transfers are not accepted. The remaining balance may be paid in cash without extra fees, using the exchange rates on xe.com at the time of payment.
After submitting your registration, you will be asked for payment details in the next step.

The wooden cottages (private rooms), contain a single bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, a western style bathroom (toilet, hot water shower and sink), a pantry area with a second sink, and a balcony with a chair overlooking the river.

Made of hollow mud bricks to keep the rooms cooler, the eco-cottages are furnished with two beds, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, a western style bathroom (toilet, hot water shower, and sink), a pantry area with a second sink, and a balcony with a chair overlooking the river.

Made of laterite compressed bricks, the deluxe rooms are most spacious and comfy rooms in our ashram. Generally we give these rooms for ayurveda guests who are undergoing treatments. With better granite flooring and tiled bathrooms, these rooms are furnished a bit better than other rooms.
