This specially designed class is focused on helping you become a more capable and confident climber. The topics covered are adapted to your experience level and to what you hope to gain from the day. It is ideal for gym climbers with limited outdoor experience, as well as beginners who have already completed all the material in our Introductory Class. By the end of the session, you’ll have a stronger understanding of how the system works and greater confidence in your own skills.
You’ll learn the essential techniques needed to get outside and climb, including tying a figure 8 knot, belaying with precision, becoming comfortable with the gear, and practicing basic climbing movement. This efficient beginner course is designed to give you practical skills quickly.
