Ayurveda Herbal Garden - Weekly Study Tour

India is widely recognized as a rich source of medicinal plants, and these healing herbs have long played an important role in primary healthcare, especially in rural communities. Each Saturday, participants are invited to join an on-campus guided tour led by a senior Ayurveda scientist, offering a meaningful opportunity to explore the garden and deepen their understanding of traditional plant-based wellness.

During the experience, guests will learn about herbs known for their healing properties and discover how they are used in everyday Ayurveda practice. The tour also includes basic training in preparing homemade Ayurvedic formulations designed to support and strengthen immunity. This weekly study tour is ideal for anyone interested in Ayurveda, natural remedies, and practical knowledge that connects ancient wisdom with modern wellness.
