This immersive retreat in Mexico offers a thoughtfully held space for deep inner work, rest, and integration. Over the course of seven nights, participants stay in shared accommodation with one roommate of the same gender, creating a simple and supportive environment for the journey ahead.

The program includes three ayahuasca ceremonies, designed to guide participants through profound personal exploration, along with two breathwork circles to support grounding and release. A traditional temescal, or sweat lodge, adds another layer of cleansing and renewal, while three sharing circles the day after ceremony offer space for reflection and integration. Gentle yoga or movement sessions are also included, though not every day, allowing the body to soften and recover at a natural pace.

All vegetarian meals are provided throughout the retreat.
